We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, we accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage. Proof of purchase is required for all returns, and some exclusions may apply.
Return Policy
All returns must first be approved by our team before being accepted. To request a return, please log into your account and complete the Return Request Form.
Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and notify you by email with instructions if your return is approved.
When completing the form, please include all required information along with as much detail as possible. Be sure to upload a picture of the product and provide a clear description of why you are requesting the return. Supplying complete and accurate information will give you the best chance of having your return approved quickly.
